Feet To Furniture

I was walking through the mall this weekend and looking at the store front windows and I was reminded of what an overlap there is between fashion and interiors. Even Bebe had chevron fabric draped behind their mannequins who had on ikat mini skirts and flowing maxi dresses. That was my inspiration for my post tonight... except the fashion is a tad better than Bebe ladies ;)

I know right! Thats what I thought when I saw that picture. Something tells me my boyfriend may or may not move out if I put leopard carpet in our bedroom/anywhere in our apartment, but you can't win em all! LOL. You are so welcome, I am totally in love with your home! It is beyond amazing - so unique! xoxo

I love how fashion can inspire interiors, and vise versa. There really is inspiration everywhere!

I love it too.. its just kind of crazy how much they reflect each other. Never let someone who dresses horribly decorate your house :) LOL jk I don't think Kathryn Ireland would be as successful as she is if that was the case hehe.

Great post idea, love looking at the similarities between the rooms and the amazing shoes you found!

Alex sometimes I just need an excuse to look at $1,000+ shoes at neimanmarcus.com :) LOL it makes me happy and sad all at the same time. But the similarities are uncanny aren't they! Although if I modeled my decor after my shoes, there would be a lot of animal skins, neon colors and madness.
